Main Applications:

The polyether defoaming agent series can be widely used in the pharmaceutical industry, various antibiotics (such as oxytetracycline, tetracycline, gentamicin, etc.), MSG, yeast, citric acid, it aconicacid, xanthan gum and other fermentation processes, it can also be used in chemical industry, textile, printing and dyeing, paint, coating materials, paper making and other industries, the effect is remarkable. The products comply with national health standards.

Instructions for use:

1. It is advisable to add defoamers in small amounts and multiple times.

2. This product can be heated and sterilized in the tank with the original liquid and fermentation base, or it can be prepared into a water emulsion and sterilized by direct steam“flow addition” into the tank for defoaming.

3. The defoamer emulsion preparation tank is equipped with a mechanical stirring device to make the defoamer fully dispersed and evenly distributed to achieve the ideal defoaming effect.

Packaging and storage:

1. This product is packaged in 200kg galvanized iron barrels, and can also be packaged according to user requirements.

2. Storage: Waterproof, sun-proof, sealed and stored at room temperature, and must not be mixed with toxic substances. The storage period at room temperature is valid for one year.
