Main Applications:

1. Benzyl silicone oil with low phenyl content is suitable for use as a turbine lubricant for high-efficiency jet engines and as a lubricant for various electrical and electronic machines. It can also be used as an impregnating agent for large power capacitors.

2. Benzyl silicone oil with medium phenyl content can be used as heat exchange fluid in heat treatment baths and high-temperature baths for metal products, lubricating oil for high-temperature furnace timers, insulating oil and heat carrier for motors and electronic machines. Silicone grease mixed with lithium soap can be used as a high-temperature lubricant for ball bearings.

3. Benzyl silicone oil can also be used as a carrier for gas-liquid chromatography and booster pump oil, glass fiber treatment agent, instrument damping oil, etc. for separation and analysis of fatty acids, aromatic smoke, fatty acids, amines, alcohols, esters, etc.

Packaging and storage：

25L/200L plastic barrel/plastic-lined iron barrel packaging, net weight 20KG/200KG. Please contact the company for special specifications.

Store in a cool, ventilated warehouse. Keep away from fire and heat sources.The packaging must be sealed.

It should be stored separately from oxidants, acids, and edible chemical raw materials. The lighting, ventilation and other facilities in the storage room should be explosion-proof.

Load and unload gently during transportation to prevent damage to the packaging and containers, and transport as non-dangerous goods.

Sampling for trial production is strongly proposed before any bulk import so as to guarantee the quality and compatibility. Specific model selection, quantity and technical requirements should be discussed by both ends. For any new customers, our samples up to 2kgs are for free, air freight cost via DHL, FedEx, UPS or special line is on buyer and to be refunded at future's official order. PP / PE / PET sampling bottles with sealing tape are used for secure package; and FedEX / UPS / DHL are used for fast delivery.
