Main Applications:

This product is mainly used for defoaming in the fermentation process of antibiotics, monosodium glutamate, etc. It can also be used in industries that require defoaming, such as oil fields and sewage treatment.

Instructions for use:

1. First, add the defoamer to an appropriate amount of water, put it into the sterilization tank, and then sterilize it at 120-130℃ for 30 minutes, and then cool it to room temperature. When using it, blow it evenly with sterile air or stir it evenly, then add it in a flow manner.

2. When used for defoaming in the fermentation process of antibiotics and monosodium glutamate, the reference amount is 100PPM - 400PPM (0.01%-0.01%) of the total amount of the defoaming system. Different materials generally save 20-30% compared with polyether defoamers.

3. For industries that do not require defoaming treatment, it can be directly added to the base material or directly added in a flow manner. The amount added is based on the amount that does not escape the material.

Packaging and Storage:

1. This product is packed in plastic barrels with a net weight of 200kg, 100kg, 50kg, and 25kg. 

2. This product is stored in a cool, ventilated, and dry place with an effective shelf life of half a year. 

3. This product is transported as non-dangerous goods.

JN Sampling Policy:

Sampling for trial production is strongly proposed before any bulk import so as to guarantee the quality and compatibility. Specific model selection, quantity and technical requirements should be discussed by both ends. For any new customers, our samples up to 2kgs are for free, air freight cost via DHL, FedEx, UPS or special line is on buyer and to be refunded at future's official order. PP / PE / PET sampling bottles with sealing tape are used for secure package; and FedEX / UPS / DHL are used for fast delivery.
