Main Applications:

1. It is widely used in pharmaceutical production and biological fermentation industries, such as antibiotics, oxytetracycline, penicillin, vitamin C, monosodium glutamate, yeast, citric acid, etc., for defoaming and foam suppression in fermentation production processes.

2. It can also be used in papermaking, sugar making, plant protein, soy products, fertilizers, printing and dyeing, coatings, cleaning agents, sewage treatment, petrochemicals and other industries. 

3. This product is specially developed by our company to prevent and suppress the generation of bubbles in the production process of medicine and monosodium glutamate. Its characteristics are that it is added with the base material and inhibits the generation of bubbles. 

4. JN-122 is added to the fermentation tank and seed tank with the base material for disinfection. The amount added in monosodium glutamate fermentation is 70-90PPM of the total foam system. The foam suppression time is ≥ 1 hour; the amount added in antibiotic fermentation is 100150PPM of the total foam system. When the amount of foam is large during the production process, JN-120 defoamer is added. JN 122 (or 110) is used in conjunction with JN-120 to achieve synergistic effects. 

5. It can save 20-30% of PPE when used in monosodium glutamate and medicine. In industries that do not require disinfection, it can also be added to the base material or directly added. In the fermentation industry, this product can only be added to the base material, and the effect is best.

Packaging and storage:

This product is packed in plastic barrels with a net weight of 200kg, 50kg, and 25kg.

This product should be stored in a cool and dry place for half a year.

This product is transported as non-dangerous goods.

JN Sampling Policy:

Sampling for trial production is strongly proposed before any bulk import so as to guarantee the quality and compatibility. Specific model selection, quantity and technical requirements should be discussed by both ends. For any new customers, our samples up to 2kgs are for free, air freight cost via DHL, FedEx, UPS or special line is on buyer and to be refunded at future's official order. For our partnered agents, distributors and consultants, both samples and air freight costs are on JN. PP / PE / PET sampling bottles with sealing tape are used for secure package; and FedEX / UPS / DHL are used for fast delivery.
