Attention: 

The product will encrust or go to cross‐linking curing when exposed in open environment for a long time; it will also tend to change in viscosity or cross‐link if mixed with acid base substances. Thus it is not suitable for white or light‐colored fabrics applications due to the tendency of yellowing at high temperature.

Main Applications:

1. Perfect material for textile softener, textile or leather finishing for purpose of smoothness and brightness.

2. High quality hair shampoo (make hair softer, smother and glossier; anti‐static and washable).

3. Protection and coating material for wooden/leather furniture and floor.

Usage & Dosage:

1. When used in hair shampoo, amino silicone oil shall be emulsified by non-ionic or amphion surfactant before it is added into hair shampoo, hair conditioner, nutrition hair oil or mousse etc at the basis of solid content standard of 0.5~1%. Kindly note that some SiLIM amino silicone emulsions can be used directly as it is already emulsified.

2. When used in textile (cotton, wool, hemp or silk etc), it shall be emulsified in advance before adding the aminosilicone emulsion to the softening emulsion and mixing up. The dosage is calculated according to the softened textile and specific technical requirement. Generally, solid content 0.3~1% is added.

For any new customers, our samples up to 2kgs are for free, air freight cost via DHL, FedEx, UPS or special line is on buyer and to be refunded at future's official order. For our partnered agents, distributors and consultants, both samples and air freight costs are on JN PP / PE / PET sampling bottles with sealing tape are used for secure package; and FedEX / UPS / DHL are used for fast delivery.
