Main Applications:

This product is suitable for building decoration materials, handicrafts, imitation mahogany furniture, precision casting, high-frequency embossing, cultural relic reproduction, and gypsum board,mold making materials in manufacturing and other industries, and can also be used for packaging electronic components. The molded molds can be used to produce polyurethane, polyester, and epoxy resin, paraffin, gypsum, low melting point alloy and other material products.

Instructions for use:

1. The weight ratio of this product to ethyl ortho silicate and catalyst can be selected within the range of 100: 1.0~1.4. The larger the ratio, the shorter the operation time and the faster the vulcanization speed. Its vulcanization speed is related to air humidity and temperature, so the demoulding time varies with the temperature and humidity of the operating environment. Generally, it is about 8~24 hours.

2. When using, mix it with the catalyst in proportion. After the bubbles in the mixed rubber are discharged, it can be cast or painted for molding. The vacuum degassing process can be used. If the degassing is not thorough, the mechanical properties of the mold after molding will be reduced.

3. This product has good self-adhesion and can be cast or painted in batches.

Product Safety And Storage:

This product is packaged in 50kg and 200kg plastic barrels, with rainproof, moisture-proof, sun-proof and non-inverted signs on the barrels.

This product must be stored in a dry, ventilated, cool warehouse, keep the storage temperature below 27"C, and strictly prevent sun and rain.

This product is transported as non-dangerous goods.
