Performance effects

Instructions for use

1. This product can be used in the actual use of padding process

2. Recommended dosage: 40-80g/l

3. PH value of finishing solution: about 4.0-6.0

4. Liquid carrying rate: about 40-80%, depending on fiber type and fabric structure

5. Finishing solution temperature: about 20-25℃

6. Drying temperature: 110-130℃ 60-120 seconds

7. Baking temperature: 150℃-170℃ 60-180 seconds

8. When dealing with fabrics that are difficult to wet or have a low liquid carrying rate,3~8g/l waterproofing agent professional penetrant can be added to the bath

Application

Widely used in luggage fabrics, tent fabrics, shoe fabrics, outdoor clothing, workwear fabrics, industrial fabrics, pure cotton fabrics, clothing fabrics, casual wear and umbrella fabrics, etc.

Matters needing attention

1. The fabric does not contain other surfactants, especially no permeability and softening agents, and the fabric surface should be neutral.

2. When using fluorine-free waterproofing agent in the same bath with other products, be sure to pay attention to the compatibility of the two.

3. Do not stir the bath liquid at high speed, high shear may destroy the emulsion.

4. When using fluorine-free waterproofing agent, the residual rate must be controlled at 60-75%.

5. The pre-baking temperature must not exceed 130℃, and the fabric should be dried as much as possible.

6. The baking temperature should be as high as possible, generally not less than 150℃. If the temperature is too low, the water repellent effect of the fabric surface will deteriorate.

7. If you encounter fabrics with poor permeability, it is recommended to add a penetrant to improve the permeability of the fabric.

8. After washing the fabric, it should be baked or ironed at a high temperature to restore the good waterproof effect.

Packaging and storage

1. If properly stored in a sealed container, it can be stable for 1 year. This product is sensitive above 30℃ or below 5℃.

2. After opening, please keep it sealed and avoid direct exposure to open flames or sunlight. Store it in a cool and ventilated warehouse.

3. The storage, transportation and use of this product should comply with the general health and safety regulations for the storage and transportation of chemicals. It cannot be swallowed.
