Main Applications:

1. It is widely used in pharmaceutical production and biological fermentation industries, such as antibiotics, oxytetracycline, penicillin, vitamin C, monosodium glutamate, yeast, citric acid, etc., for defoaming and foam suppression in fermentation production processes.

2. It can also be used in papermaking, sugar making, plant protein, soy products, fertilizers, printing and dyeing, coatings, cleaning agents, sewage treatment, petrochemicals and other industries. This product is made of special silicone oil as the main material and supplemented with additives such as food-grade surfactants. 

3. Due to its reasonable formula and special processing technology, its defoaming and foam suppression effects are better than similar domestic products. 

4. This product can be treated at 150°C for 2 hours without changing its defoaming performance. It has a wide temperature range and has good defoaming effects in water systems with a pH of 1-10.

5. It is used in the fermentation industry. It is generally added to the base material (sterilized together with the base material) to suppress foaming. It can also be added to the system when foaming occurs during the production process to defoam. The dosage is generally 0.02% (total amount) of the total amount of foam. 

6. This product should not be dissolved in water before use, but should be directly added to the foaming system, otherwise the effect will be reduced.

Packaging and storage:

1. This product is packed in plastic: when the net weight is 1kg, the outer packaging is a carton, 20 bags or a woven bag with a net weight of 50kg.

2. This product is easy to absorb moisture, so keep it dry during storage and avoid contact with moisture.

3. This product is transported as non-dangerous goods.
