Performance and characteristics：

1. The saturated vapor pressure of high vacuum diffusion pump oil is very low. When the conditions (such as airtightness, forestage vacuum, cooling water conditions, etc.) of the equipment (including diffusion pump and vacuum forestage pump) meet the requirements of vacuum operation, the ultimate vacuum (residual pressure) of 274 can reach 5.3X10-6Pa; the ultimate vacuum (residual pressure) of 275 can reach 6.65X10-7Pa. If a special cold trap is used, this value can be increased to 1.33X10-8Pa.

2. Maximum vacuum forestage permissible residual pressure: The maximum permissible residual pressure of the vacuum forestage pump for silicone high vacuum diffusion pump oil is not demanding, generally at the level of 1.33-13.3Pa, and general mechanical pumps have this capacity. Specifically, the maximum vacuum forestage permissible residual pressure of 274 is 13.3Pa, and that of 275 is 5.32Pa.

3. Absorption capacity: The pumping speed of organic silicon high vacuum diffusion pump oil is very high. When the inlet pressure is 1.33 X(10-1-10-3) Pa, the absorption capacity reaches the maximum value. At this time, the pumping speed can reach more than 300t/sec. The absorption capacity is greatly affected by the diffusion pump model and working conditions. Be sure to pay attention when using it.

4. Reverse diffusion: Reverse diffusion is closely related to the type of diffusion pump oil, pump model and working conditions. When other conditions are determined, the reverse diffusion of 274 is about (1.1-1.4)X 10-4kg. s-1.m-2, and the reverse diffusion of 275 is about (0.83-1.1)X 10-4kg. s-1. m-2o

5. Thermal stability and oxidation stability: The oxidation resistance and thermal stability of silicone diffusion pump oil are very good, and it is not easy to thermally decompose at working temperature.

6. This reduces the number of times the diffusion pump oil needs to be replaced, and it is not easy to cause pollution to the pump body. Even during use,the hot oil will not decompose if it is exposed to air many times.

1. The electrical and electronic industries use it in the vacuum systems for metallization of television tubes, fluorescent tubes, cathode ray tubes, ordinary light bulbs and capacitors, and rectifiers.

2. The vacuum systems used in the production equipment of ultrapure silicon in the metallurgical industry, vacuum melting plants and vacuum smelting plants, and metal degassing equipment.

3. The optical products industry uses it in the vacuum systems used for surface treatment of optical systems such as various lenses and vacuum coating of various mirrors.

4. The plastics industry uses it in the metallization of plastic products, the preparation of protective coatings and reflective coatings.

5. Other industries use it in particle accelerators, molecular distillers, reactors, scientific research equipment for nuclear engineering, mass spectrometers, and space simulation chambers.

6. Other high-temperature heat carriers and transfer fluids that can be used in various equipment and instruments, etc.

Store in a cool, ventilated warehouse. Keep away from fire and heat sources.The packaging must be sealed.

It should be stored separately from oxidants, acids, and edible chemical raw materials. The lighting, ventilation and other facilities in the storage room should be explosion-proof.

Load and unload gently during transportation to prevent damage to the packaging and containers, and transport as non-dangerous goods.
