Mold silicone rubber is a two-component product. Its vulcanization is carried out at room temperature or high temperature. As long as the two components are mixed in a certain ratio (the specific ratio can be determined according to the operation time and product performance), the two-component compound undergoes a cross-linking reaction to form a soft and elastic colloid. 

This product can be used to make excellent elastomers with different hardness and tear strength, suitable for casting and brushing processes. After the operation is completed, the size is stable, the linear shrinkage rate is small, it is not limited by the thickness of the product, it can be deeply cured, and it will not return to its original state when heated in a sealed environment. At the same time, it does not release heat during cross-linking, and no low-molecular by-products are released. It has excellent high temperature resistance (200-300℃), high tensile strength, tear resistance, and many mold turnover times. It can better avoid problems such as mold burning, dry surface and not dry inside, poor tensile strength, acid and alkali resistance, and aging resistance. 

It is mainly used in the toy and gift industry, craft gift industry, furniture decoration industry, cement, plaster and candle replication industry, resin craft industry, mold manufacturing industry, simulated animal and plant sculpture industry, figure wax figure production and Buddha sculpture craft industry, epoxy resin, polyurethane and unsaturated resin and other craft production industries, etc.
