Notes:

1. Hydrogen is introduced into some side chains of the polysiloxane; and its content can be customized into 0.1~1.65 %.

2. JN methyl hydrogen silicone oil can be emulsified into emulsion which features very similar features and properties.

Main Applications:

1. Used as waterproof additive in the production of gypsum board.

2. Water repellent, hydrophobing, agents and moisture‐proof treatment of powders, glass, ceramic, leather, paper, metal, cement and marble.

3. Used as basic material or a fundamental intermediate to synthesize modified silicone oil like polyether modified silicone oil and alkyl based modified silicone oil.

4. Used as hydrophobic agent, lubricant and anti‐sticking agent of oily based foundation of cosmetics.

5. Anti‐adhesion isolating, releasing and cross‐link agents for paper.

6. Waterproof agent and softener for fiber glass.

7. Used as the cross linker for addition type silicone rubbers.

Product Safety And Storage:

Shelf life is 12 months under good storage condition.

Liquid; does not mix with water; floats on water.

In use, may form flammable or explosive vapour-air mixture. Combustible.

Sampling for trial production is strongly proposed before any bulk import so as to guarantee the quality and compatibility. Specific model selection, quantity and technical requirements should be discussed by both ends. For any new customers, our samples up to 2kgs are for free, air freight cost via DHL, FedEx, UPS or special line is on buyer and to be refunded at future's official order. For our partnered agents, distributors and consultants, both samples and air freight costs are on JN. PP / PE / PET sampling bottles with sealing tape are used for secure package; and FedEX / UPS / DHL are used for fast delivery.
