Application

1. Widely used in waterproofing and moisture-proofing of roofs, interior and exterior walls, floors, bathrooms, kitchens, basements and warehouses, as well as rust-proof and anti-penetration of reinforced concrete structures; 

2. Used in underground civil air defense projects: such as culverts, bridges, dams, Tunnels, large hydropower stations, water diversion projects to reduce water erosion and prevent weathering;

Instructions for use

1. Waterproof mortar construction: clean up the mud, debris, oil stains, etc. on the base layer; control the mortar-sand ratio to 1:2.5--3 (32.5R grade and above silicate cement, medium sand, mud content less than 3%), water-cement ratio ≤ 0.5. The amount of organic silicon waterproofing agent accounts for 1-5% of the amount of cement. To ensure uniform mixing, the organic silicon waterproofing agent should be mixed evenly with the water in the mortar ratio before adding cement and sand. The waterproof layer is constructed in two layers (each layer is 10mm thick). First apply 1mm of plain mortar to the bottom layer, then apply the waterproof mortar layer, compact it when it is initially set, rub it with a wooden trowel to make it rough, apply the second layer of waterproof mortar, and then polish and compact it (if decorative construction is required, it must be rubbed to make it rough). Normal watering and curing, spraying cement curing agent will have better results. The more square meters of mortar can be used, the more square meters of waterproof effect can be achieved. 

2. Waterproof concrete construction: The amount of organic silicon waterproofing agent accounts for 1-3% of the amount of cement, and is evenly mixed into the prepared concrete. The construction method is the same as that of ordinary concrete. To ensure uniform mixing, the organic silicon waterproofing agent should be mixed evenly with the water in the concrete mix ratio before adding cement, sand and gravel. The waterproof effect can be achieved as many square meters as the concrete can be used. 

3. Leakage repair construction: When the original base surface is smooth, it needs to be chiseled into a rough surface. After cleaning the floating dust, make a plain mortar bonding layer, and then apply a waterproof mortar layer. The leaking part must first be plugged and water-proofed. The positive and negative corners should be rounded and compacted. The stubble should be sloped (the width of the joint is 100-150mm). When joining, first use plain mortar as a bonding layer, and then apply a waterproof mortar layer. 

4. Spraying anti-seepage construction: Dilute the silicone waterproofing agent with 10-65 times of clean water and spray it on the surface of water-absorbing inorganic building materials such as cement surface, bricks, tiles, gypsum boards, ordinary paint walls, etc. for anti-seepage and moisture-proof treatment, which has excellent results.

Matters needing attention

1. This agent can be used in conjunction with sodium nitrite antifreeze during winter construction. 

2. This agent is a general chemical. Construction workers should be careful not to splash it on the face during storage, transportation and use, especially not splash it into the eyes. Otherwise, rinse it immediately with plenty of water or ask a doctor to treat it. Wear labor protection gloves, protective glasses, and work clothes during operation to avoid contact between this agent and the skin. 

3. This agent must not come into contact with zinc, aluminum, tin and other active metals during transportation and use, and cannot be stored in iron metal containers to avoid chemical reactions that cause product deterioration and container corrosion.

Packaging and storage

This product is packed in 50kg, 60kg, 250kg plastic barrels and transported as non-dangerous goods. 

This product should be protected from rain, sun exposure and damage to the packaging container during storage and transportation: Storage and transportation environment temperature 0~40℃
